Marc Soicher President

Marc started Soicher Benefits Group (SBG) in 2017 as a spinoff of the highly successful benefits division of Retirement Solutions of Colorado (RSC). Marc was the Director of Benefits with RSC and the Principal Financial Group for 9 years. He also carries a Series 7 securities license.

Mr. Soicher made the move to the insurance industry after 27 years as an Emmy award-winning sportscaster in Denver and New York. A Native of Brooklyn, New York, Marc has lived in Denver with his wife and 2 sons for 19 years. He brings his “East Coast” approach to being an advocate for SBG’s members.

Lisa Carmichael Benefits Coordinator

Lisa joined Soicher Benefits Group in September 2019 as a licensed insurance producer.  Lisa has an extensive background as an Executive Assistant and has worked in both the non-profit and real estate industries.  Lisa is focused on helping the diverse clients that SBG services and is eager and willing to do everything possible to make their experience a positive one.

In her time away from SBG, Lisa enjoys visiting with friends and family and doing anything outdoors with her nine grandchildren.

Linda Harty Benefits Coordinator Emeritus

Linda has worked in the insurance industry for 35 years and enjoys helping SBG's clients understand how beneficial the insurance coverage their employers provides to them is. A native of Colorado, Linda has raised her family, a son and a daughter, along with her husband in the Denver area embracing the change Colorado has seen over the years.
